	About Jessica

	Jessica is a Receptionist at Texas Family Medicine. She is responsible for maintaining the front office. She answers our incoming phone calls and schedules appointments and procedures. She is responsible for accuracy in the patient chart, including insurance information. She also verifies insurance eligibility and assist patients in understanding their coverage.
	Jessica began her career in healthcare in 2004. She has experience in Family Medicine and Orthopedics. Throughout her career she has worked in many different areas in the medical office including providing direct patient care as a medical assistant. She was the point of contact for the Philadelphia Fraternal Order of Police, which was a huge responsibility and honor. She has been a member of our team at Texas Family Medicine since 2011.

	Jessica got married in 2010 and moved with her husband to Texas from Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. She spends her free time exploring Texas, playing with her dog Felix and playing tennis.
